ELECTRICAL BIM MODELER

Company: Universal BIM & Cad Technical Solutions LLC-Dubai

Location: Dubai
Experience: 2–3 Years (UAE Experience Mandatory)
Availability: Immediate Joiners Only
Candidate must be currently in UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed Electrical BIM models (Power, Lighting, ELV)
• Prepare shop drawings, layouts, and coordination drawings
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with other MEP disciplines
• Ensure compliance with UAE standards and project requirements
• Update BIM models as per site and consultant comments
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams

Requirements

• 2–3 years of UAE experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler
• Strong working knowledge of Revit MEP
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection
• Good understanding of electrical systems and BIM standards
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Immediate availability is mandatory
