Electrical BIM modeler

The main responsibilities of a BIM modeler include creating and maintaining 3D models using BIM software, collaborating with architects, engineers, and other members of the design and construction team, ensuring the models are accurate and meet project requirements, and using the models to identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design phase. Additionally, they use BIM to support constructability reviews, quantity take-offs, cost estimating, facility management, and operations during the building’s lifecycle. They also ensure data integrity and consistency across different BIM models and disciplines and stay current on updates and advancements in BIM technology.

Ideal Candidate should have 8 to 10 Years of experience
