Electrical BIM Modeler

Position: Electrical BIM Modeler
Location: Dubai
Employment Type: 3 months and renewable(Visa will be provided)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit based on design and construction drawings.
• Prepare electrical shop drawings, layouts, schematics, and as-built drawings.
• Model electrical systems including:
• Power & lighting
• Low current systems (ELV)
• Cable trays, conduits, trunking, panels
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and resolve clashes with other disciplines.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and Architectural teams.
• Generate BOQs, schedules, and quantities from BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and authority requirements.
• Support BIM coordination meetings and implement coordination comments.
• Maintain BIM standards, naming conventions, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Revit (Electrical), Navisworks, AutoCAD
