4D/5D specialist

We are seeking a skilled 4D / 5D BIM Specialist to integrate time and cost data with BIM models, supporting construction planning, sequencing, and cost control. The role works closely with BIM, planning, and commercial teams to improve project delivery and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 4D BIM simulations linked to construction schedules
• Integrate BIM models with Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Perform model-based quantity take-offs (5D BIM)
• Support cost estimation, budgeting, and change analysis
• Analyze construction sequencing and logistics
• Coordinate with BIM, planning, and QS teams
• Prepare visual reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Maintain accuracy between models, schedules, and cost data

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, QS, or Architecture
• Minimum 3+ years experience in BIM, planning, or cost control
• Hands-on experience with 4D and/or 5D BIM
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and methods

Software Knowledge

• BIM: Revit, Navisworks Manage, Synchro Pro
• Planning: Primavera P6, MS Project
• Cost / Quantity: CostX, Navisworks Quantification, Excel
• Reporting: Power BI (preferred)
