Mechanical BIM Modeler - Revit

We’re Hiring – Mechanical BIM Modeler

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions is looking for a Mechanical BIM Modeler to join our team.

Job Requirements:

• 3–4 years of UAE experience as a Mechanical BIM Modeler
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP (Mechanical)
• Good understanding of AutoCAD for coordination and detailing
• Experience in modeling:
• HVAC systems (ducting, chilled water, piping)
• Mechanical equipment and plant rooms
• Ability to prepare:
• LOD 300 / LOD 400 models
• Shop drawings and coordinated BIM models
• As-built models
• Good understanding of UAE mechanical standards and regulations, including:
• ASHRAE and SMACNA standards
• Local authority and municipality approval requirements
• Experience in clash detection and coordination with other disciplines
• Ability to read and interpret IFC, shop, and construction drawings
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidate must be currently available in the UAE
