Job Description:

We are urgently looking for an Electrical BIM Modeler to join our Dubai team immediately. Candidates must have strong UAE experience in Electrical BIM modeling, coordination, and Revit MEP.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D electrical BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Model cable trays, conduits, lighting, power, ELV, and fire alarm systems.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams.
• Extract BOQ and material quantities from BIM models.
• Follow UAE authority standards (DEWA and project specifications).
• Update models based on consultant and site feedback.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years UAE experience in Electrical BIM Modeling.
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• Experience in power, lighting, ELV, and fire alarm systems.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates must be currently available in UAE.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
