Universal BIM is looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical BIM Modeler to join our growing team in the UAE.

Position

Electrical BIM Modeler

Experience Required

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in Electrical BIM Modeling.
• Immediate joiners currently available in the UAE will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit and related BIM software.
• Prepare coordinated models for Power, Lighting, Low Current, Fire Alarm, and ELV systems.
• Produce shop drawings, layouts, sections, schedules, and as-built documentation.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and Plumbing disciplines using Navisworks.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and client standards.
• Update BIM models based on design revisions and site requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to deliver high-quality project documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of BIM models while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in Electrical BIM Modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• Good knowledge of Electrical Building Services, including Power, Lighting, Fire Alarm, ELV, and Low Current systems.
• Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and project specifications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
