Electrical CAD Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a CAD Designer to join our team. Full-time, in-office position located in Enumclaw, WA. Experience in commercial/industrial electrical is a plus, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate that possesses great work ethic, professionalism, and an eagerness to learn.

Duties

• Develop and produce electrical design drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare layouts for electrical services, power distribution, and lighting
• Coordinate with the company’s project managers to ensure accurate designs.
• Revise and update drawings per design changes or field conditions.
• Ensure drawings meet project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Assist in preparing documentation for permitting and construction.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and photometrics software Agi32 is a plus
• Experience with drafting electrical systems, schematics, layout designs, and construction documentation.
• Familiarity with NEC codes and standards as they relate to electrical design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
