We seek for "Electrical Design Engineer" who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Hitachi Energy, in Dudullu, Istanbul, with below qualifications;

How You Will Make an Impact

• Making electrical design using the necessary tools and programs by demonstrating advanced knowledge of principles and practices in related areas,

• Providing cost effective & high-quality solutions for customer requirements and delivering within budget and contract; solving unique problems by applying technical knowledge,

• Finding creative/innovative ways to tailor complex solutions for business and customer needs,

• Preparing production drawings and bill of materials considering local and global standards for stakeholders,

• Closing monitoring of deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate approvals and proposal development to support customer requirements,

• Making technical judgments in unique problems considering multiple aspects,

• Sharing technical knowledge with stakeholders via various channels, including forums, training and coaching,

• Preparing necessary documentation for the customer approval process,

• Preparing production drawings and bill of materials considering local and global standards for stakeholders,

• Collaborating with the team members and supporting stakeholders to improve the business,

• Taking active role in technical negotiations and customer meetings,

• Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

• University degree in Electrical Engineering

• 2-4 years of related work experience in the transformer business

• Very good command of written and spoken English and Turkish

• SAP knowledge is an asset

• Analytical mind with strong planning and self-learning skills, teamwork & result oriented

• Target oriented, able to communicate effectively

• Personal leadership and good communication skills

• Able to initiate teamwork/capture team

• Available for international travels
