Electrical Dispatcher & Project Assistant

Severson Electric is a brand new division of Severson Plumbing, expanding our services to include residential and commercial electrical work. Formerly operating as Deschutes Electric, this division is now backed by the systems, stability, and reputation of a long-standing, family-owned company serving Central Oregon since 1977.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Dispatcher & Project Assistant to help support daily operations, keep projects moving, and serve as a key point of coordination between the field, office, and jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch electrical technicians and coordinate daily schedules
• Assist with electrical project support and job tracking
• Apply for electrical permits and coordinate with local jurisdictions
• Communicate with inspectors, technicians, and internal staff
• Support project documentation, scheduling, and administrative tasks
• Answer phones and assist customers as needed

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of office experience in the electrical industry
• Familiarity with electrical terminology, permitting processes, and job workflows
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office environment
• Proficient with computers and office systems (Knowledge of Service Titan a bonus)
