Electrical Draftsman

_ Hiring_: MEP Electrical Draftsman (Electrical Background – UAE Experience Required)

We are looking for a skilled MEP Draftsman with strong Electrical expertise to join our team for ongoing construction projects in the UAE.

If you are experienced in AutoCAD, understand MEP coordination, and are familiar with local authority standards — we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical shop drawings, layouts & load schedules
• Develop schematics, single-line diagrams, and as-built drawings
• Coordinate electrical systems with mechanical & plumbing services
• Work closely with engineers for design accuracy
• Revise drawings based on site and project requirements
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA), and Federal Electricity and Water Authority (FEWA) standards
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records

Requirements

✔ Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Drafting
✔ 2–5 years UAE experience as MEP Electrical Draftsman
✔ Strong AutoCAD skills (mandatory)
✔ Good knowledge of MEP systems & coordination
✔ Familiar with UAE electrical codes and standards
✔ Team player with good communication skills
