Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and oversee electrical systems and installations in compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards.
• Perform electrical load calculations, power distribution designs, and equipment selections for building projects.
• Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for electrical components and systems.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical systems into building designs effectively.
• Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure the proper installation and functionality of electrical equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical support during construction, testing, and commissioning phases.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in electrical engineering.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer within the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• ADQCC (Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council) certificate.
• Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or Dialux.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards applicable to electrical systems in the UAE.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
