Electrical Engineer

House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm based in Saudi Arabia. HCO employs a diverse range of architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy professionals, allowing them to offer a "one-stop solution" for their clients' project needs throughout the entire lifecycle. HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare. We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Jeddah . The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in electrical systems, hands-on experience in site engineering, and a solid understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor electrical construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure the proper installation and testing of electrical systems.
• Review shop drawings and material submittals to ensure alignment with design requirements and relevant codes.
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other disciplines to coordinate electrical works and resolve technical issues.
• Evaluate and approve electrical materials and equipment to ensure quality and compliance with project standards.
• Provide feedback on electrical specifications and project execution plans to improve overall project delivery.
• Attend technical meetings and site coordination sessions with project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including inspection reports, progress logs, and material approvals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• More than 8 years of relevant experience in site engineering or construction management, including 5 years in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, construction practices, and applicable codes and standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction management tools.
