Electrical Engineer

Job Location: - Ambernath

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
• Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
• Communicating with clients and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
• Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
• Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
• Providing on-site support to the customer.
• Submitting site visit report and findings to the concerned team.

Requirements:

• Diploma / BE Electrical.
• Minimum 2years of experience
• Understanding of electrical manufacturing processes
• Preferably worked in B2B machinery manufacturing industry
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent active listening and customer service skills.
• The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
• The ability to remain professional under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹440,000.00 per year
