Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Engineer to manage procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of technology-related products and services. This role involves vendor management, cost forecasting, asset tracking, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end purchasing processes for technology-related expenses.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality, timely service, and issue resolution.
• Track orders and assets; provide regular status reports and updates.
• Implement and monitor procurement KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable for seamless procure-to-pay operations.
• Ensure compliance with supplier diversity and corporate policies.
• Support cost management through spend forecasting and variance analysis.
• Coordinate procurement training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a technology environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and vendor negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and tools.
