Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Material Management
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure materials are stored properly.
- Issue materials as per project requirements and update stock registers.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Keep detailed records of stock movements, receipts, and dispatches.
- Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports and submit to the project manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding stock management.
- Coordination & Site Operations
- Coordinate with site engineers, procurement teams, and vendors for timely material availability.
- Monitor material usage and alert management of shortages or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper labelling, handling, and storage of electrical materials to avoid damage.
- Compliance & Safety
- Follow safety and storage protocols for electrical components.
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and inspections.
- Prevent wastage and pilferage through effective stock control measures.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a storekeeper, preferably in the electrical contracting or construction industry.
- Education: Diploma/Graduate in any discipline; certification in inventory management is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical materials and components is preferred.
- Software Skills: Experience with MS Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
