E-Commerce Associate (Inventory)

We are seeking a dynamic Inventory Executive to support our e-commerce operations by managing inventory levels across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, FirstCry, Nykaa Fashion) and our D2C Shopify websites. The role involves monitoring stock, coordinating replenishments, analyzing inventory data, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment to minimize stockouts and overstock.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage inventory levels, including forecasting demand, replenishments, and stock transfers.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for inbound shipments, order processing, and timely fulfillment.
• Monitor platform dashboards for inventory metrics, returns, damages, and penalties; take corrective actions.
• Analyze inventory data, track KPIs (stock cover, turnover, aging), and prepare performance reports.
• Manage claim filings for returns, damages, and discrepancies with marketplace partners.
• Optimize inventory allocation across channels to support promotions and sales campaigns.
• Identify and resolve operational issues related to stock accuracy and supply chain efficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
