PROJECT LEAD - ELECTRICAL

AEODC is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy of Electrical Project Lead – BIM. The candidate will have a challenging role managing a team of BIM Electrical Technicians and Engineers. Should have experience managing complete Electrical System Design, Construction and BIM Implementation. Package offered is best in Industry. Responsibilities

• Strong working knowledge of Building Electrical Design and Construction
• Hands-on-experience reading electrical design drawings for preparation of shops dwgs
• Fluent in reading, understanding and implementing building electrical specifications
• Experience working in a team creating Revit electrical models, will be added advantage
• Demonstrate basic understanding of reading mechanical, plumbing and fire services design
• Able to oversee team work to ensure timely and quality project submission at all times
• Able to estimate project timeline and assist in resource allocation planning
• Team player and willingness to take responsibility as assigned and clarify team queries
• Flexible working with tight deadlines and ensuring maximum productivity
• Familiar with Level of Development (LOD) and BEP standards for smooth functioning
