We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with 1–3 years of experience, a solid background in
electrical panels
, and hands-on knowledge of
electrical power systems
. The candidate will be responsible for supervising panel assembly, conducting testing and troubleshooting, supporting maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities

Supervise assembly and wiring of electrical panels.

Perform testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of panels and electrical power systems.

Support operation and maintenance activities for electrical panels and power distribution equipment.

Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Prepare and maintain technical reports, inspection documents, and test records.

Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure on-time project delivery.

Provide technical support to technicians during assembly, testing, and maintenance activities.

Contribute to continuous improvement of electrical operations and processes.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

1–3 years of experience in electrical panels and electrical power systems (assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance).

Good understanding of power distribution systems, low and medium voltage equipment, and control circuits.

Familiarity with testing instruments and measurement tools.

Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
