Job Opening: Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Design and develop electrical systems for various projects in compliance with relevant electrical standards and regulations.

* Create and modify electrical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD software.

* Prepare detailed shop drawings, single-line diagrams, and load schedules.

* Provide technical explanations and support to clients, consultants, and site teams.

* Conduct site visits to assess installation progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications.

* Coordinate closely with on-site teams, contractors, and supervisors to ensure accurate and timely execution of electrical works.

* Work collaboratively with project managers, consultants, and fellow engineers to ensure successful project delivery.

* Assist in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities on-site as required.

*Required Skills and Experience* :*

* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical design and systems implementation.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, specifically for preparing shop drawings, layouts, and load schedules.

* Solid understanding of local and international electrical standards and safety regulations.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Ability to explain complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Strong teamwork skills with proven on-site project coordination and supervision experience.

* Previous site experience, including electrical installation oversight and troubleshooting, is required.

* Previous experience in a similar role in construction or engineering projects is a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with project management or coordination of electrical projects.
