Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the daily activities of team, ensure optimal use of manpower and resources.
• Estimation of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing related works for Facilities and projects.
• Preparation & submission Techno commercial quotations
• Planning and execution of preventive maintenance and operations.
• Attend callouts from clients and record the reports.
• Ensure compliance of HSE practices at all time
• Attending regular site meeting with clients and various stakeholders
• Ensure planned preventive maintenance (PPM) activities are completed on time
• Respond to all work orders (CM& PM) within the specified service level agreements (SLA)

Requirements:

• 1-2 Year working experience
• Only candidates with visa visit can apply.
• Knowledge of HVAC , Electrical and Plumbing System
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Fully knowledgeable with all the latest MS applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
