Electrical Engineer

To ensure the efficient design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery to support uninterrupted production operations and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and supervise the installation of electrical systems, including power distribution, control panels, and automation equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance and inspection of electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults in production and utility equipment and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for new electrical projects.
• Coordinate with the mechanical and production teams to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with all electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and execute energy conservation and efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Supervise electricians and maintenance staff; provide technical guidance and training when required.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, breakdowns, and repairs for management reporting.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for project execution and equipment procurement.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. / B.Sc. / B.Tech).
• Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Certifications: PEC Registration preferred (if applicable).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of electrical design, power systems, PLCs, and automation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and preventive maintenance practices.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
