At least 5 experiences in the field of Facility Management at a large organization or Major hotels, or Airports

Experiences Electrical Engineering/Energy Management

PREFERRED (Power BI knowledge , ISO50001)

Manages Energy Data, Documentation, Registers, Awareness, Working Groups, Site visits, Utilities, new projects review, internal audits. Engineer will ensure proper stakeholder engagement for ongoing assigned projects. Engineer will provide technical analysis on LV/MV electricity data, and support on the implementation of new initiatives and projects under the Energy Opportunities Working Group.

• Data Acquisition & Management- · Acquire, ensure quality, and populate energy data.
• Data analysis: Maintain Database of Energy data on sharepoint and ensure effective use throughout HIA stakeholders, ·
• System Management: (EnMS) requirements.
• Coordination and review: Support Smart Metering Engineer in data analysis extracted from Smart Metering tools
• Reporting and Awareness:
• LEED or GSAS Trust Certification Support: · data submissions to ensure the maintenance of certification levels for newly constructed and handed-over facilities.
