Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer (C-License Holder)
The Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for overseeing the design, installation, maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and reliability of electrical systems across the amusement park. Leveraging 15 years of professional experience and a valid C-License, this role ensures that all electrical infrastructure—including rides, power distribution, control systems, and lighting—operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with statutory regulations. The engineering lead will support continuous improvement initiatives, guide junior technicians, and play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and guest safety.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems for amusement rides and park-wide infrastructure.
Conduct high-level inspections, preventive maintenance, and performance assessments of electrical equipment, ensuring long-term reliability.
Diagnose and resolve complex electrical faults in motors, PLC-based control systems, VFDs, transformers, distribution panels, and ride automation systems.
Review and interpret electrical schematics, control diagrams, OEM manuals, and technical documentation for advanced troubleshooting and upgrades.
Oversee electrical load management, power distribution, and system optimization to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
Ensure full compliance with local electrical regulations, national codes, and safety standards as mandated for C-License holders.
Provide technical guidance, training, and supervision to electrical technicians and maintenance teams.
Prepare detailed reports, maintenance records, inspection documents, and compliance paperwork.
Collaborate with ride manufacturers, project teams, and safety departments for new attraction installations and system upgrades.
Respond to critical failures or ride stoppages, ensuring swift and safe restoration of operations.
Participate in and support safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency response programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
Valid C-License (Electrical Supervisor License).
15+ years of experience in industrial, facility, or amusement park electrical engineering and maintenance.
Expertise in electrical power distribution, motors, control systems, PLCs, VFDs, sensors, relays, and ride automation technologies.
Strong ability to read, create, and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
Proven experience in leading maintenance teams and managing complex technical tasks.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and during peak operational periods.
Physically capable of working at heights, in confined areas, and in outdoor environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in amusement parks, theme parks, or large entertainment/facility operations.
Working knowledge of mechanical systems related to ride operations.
Familiarity with safety protocols, standards, and emergency procedures for high-traffic environments.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
