ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Position: Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer with Minimum 10+ Years experience in the construction industry to join our team. The role involves designing, planning, and overseeing the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems in various construction projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems for construction projects (residential, commercial, or industrial).
• Prepare electrical drawings, load calculations, and technical specifications.
• Review and approve electrical shop drawings and submittals.
• Ensure all electrical installations meet project requirements, local codes, and safety standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
• Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and mechanical engineers to integrate electrical systems into building designs.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise electrical work to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during construction.
• Estimate material, labor, and cost requirements for electrical components.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to coordinate project timelines and milestones.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in construction-related electrical engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other electrical design software.
• Familiarity with national and international electrical codes and standards.
• Strong understanding of power distribution, lighting systems, grounding, and emergency systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
