About Your Team

You will report to the MEP Manager and work closely with subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure all MEP activities are delivered on schedule, to specification, and in full compliance with quality standards.

Your Role

As an MEP Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating design, construction, and testing & commissioning of all MEP works
• Developing working schedules and material submittal plans aligned with project timelines
• Conducting site visits, inspections, and monitoring subcontractor performance
• Reviewing submittals, shop drawings, technical clarifications, and consultant responses
• Ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Leading coordination efforts among subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Monitoring work progress, addressing delays, and implementing corrective actions
• Supporting testing and commissioning activities
• Reviewing as-built drawings and managing snagging and close-out processes

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP works and construction management
• Previous exposure to large-scale, high-profile building projects preferred
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Proven experience coordinating complex site activities and subcontractors
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines
