Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a qualified Electrical Engineer to join our engineering consultancy office. The candidate will be responsible for electrical design, reviewing shop drawings, technical coordination, and site follow-up when required.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare electrical design drawings (Lighting, Power, Low Current).
• Review and approve shop drawings.
• Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, and other engineering disciplines.
• Prepare technical reports, BOQs, and submissions.
• Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Qatar or within consultancy/contracting firms.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design standards.
• Mandatory: UPDA Grade A classification (MMUP).
• Mandatory: Valid QCDD Certificate (Civil Defense).
• Experience with QCDD submissions and approvals is an advantage.
• Transferable visa preferred.
