ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

We are looking for a qualified Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review electrical design drawings, layouts, and specifications (LV, ELV, lighting, power, earthing, lightning protection).
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements submitted by contractors.
• Ensure compliance with DEWA / ADDC / SEWA / FEWA, Civil Defense, Municipality, and relevant authority requirements.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Conduct site inspections, supervision, and quality checks to ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and standards.
• Attend project meetings, technical discussions, and coordination meetings with clients and contractors.
• Prepare technical reports, design calculations, and authority submissions.
• Provide technical support during authority inspections and approvals.
• Monitor project progress and report on technical issues, risks, and deviations.
• Assist in value engineering and optimization of electrical systems without compromising safety and quality.
• Ensure compliance with IEC, BS, NFPA, and local UAE standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in an engineering consultancy (UAE experience preferred).
• Good knowledge of UAE authority regulations (DEWA, Civil Defense, Municipality, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
