Key Responsibilities

• Design and review electrical systems for new construction and renovation projects
• Prepare electrical drawings, layouts, load calculations, and specifications
• Oversee installation of power distribution, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, safety, and code compliance
• Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals
• Troubleshoot electrical issues during construction and renovation phases
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, NEC, and safety regulations
• Assist with project planning, cost estimation, and scheduling as required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of building electrical systems and construction practices
• Familiarity with local authority approvals and inspection processes
