Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Review bid documents (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs), identify scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Source and obtain pricing from vendors and subcontractors, ensuring all quotations are accurate and aligned with project requirements.
• Utilize historical data, past quotes, and online resources to support estimation accuracy.
• Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, including all required RFP documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of bids and proposals in compliance with bid deadlines.
• Coordinate with the project management team for clarifications and input when needed.
• Participate in online meetings (pre-bid & post-bid) related to assigned projects or bids.
• Maintain a database of pricing information, quotations, and vendor/subcontractor details
• for future reference.

Qualification:

• · Bachelor’s degree in electrical
• · Proficiency in MS Office.
• · Excellent analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
• · Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• · Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• · Ability to collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams.
