Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with strong experience in Facilities Management and MEP operations. The role involves supervising electrical systems, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance, supporting maintenance teams, and responding to emergency issues while maintaining safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Systems Management

• Design, supervise, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems including:
• Power Distribution Networks (LV Panels, MCCs, MDBs, SMDBs, DBs)
• Solar Power Systems
• Generators & UPS
• ELV Systems
• Fire Alarm (FA) & Fire Fighting Systems
• Lighting & Emergency Lighting Systems
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure maximum asset reliability.
• Perform root cause analysis for all electrical faults.

Operational & Technical Responsibilities

• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and approved method statements.
• Review and verify MEP & Civil technical drawings, specifications, and work methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and on‑site support to junior engineers, technicians, and operators.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and minimize downtime.
• Maintain direct communication with suppliers for technical troubleshooting and material support.

Coordination & Project Support

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal FM teams.
• Support planning, budgeting, material procurement and resource allocation.
• Coordinate installation, repair, and commissioning activities.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover, and project close‑out.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records, maintenance logs, and technical reports.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE, quality, and environmental standards.
• Prepare periodic progress, KPI, and technical performance reports.

Additional Duties

• Participate in on‑call duty rotation as required.
• Oversee fault rectification and ensure quick resolution of breakdowns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years experience in FM / MEP / Maintenance engineering.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, ELV, FA/FF, UPS, and generator systems.
• Familiar with SLAs, KPIs, and FM operational standards.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
