Electrical Engineer

House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm based in Saudi Arabia. HCO employs a diverse range of architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy professionals, allowing them to offer a "one-stop solution" for their clients' project needs throughout the entire lifecycle. HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare. We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team for a project in Riyadh . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supervising electrical works for large-scale construction projects, with strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawing review, material approval, and compliance with international standards and Saudi regulations.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure efficient implementation of electrical systems in line with project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify electrical issues and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
• Review shop drawings for electrical installations and identify any discrepancies or deviations from design.
• Review electrical specifications to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with project requirements
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors to resolve design and technical issues.
• Evaluate and approve electrical materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Monitor material quality and coordinate with procurement teams for timely delivery.
• Review project execution plans for electrical activities, ensuring alignment with timelines, milestones, and project objectives.
• Identify potential risks or inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance project performance.
• Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems in compliance with codes and regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in site engineering or construction management, including at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
