Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), control systems, and low current systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful design, implementation, and commissioning of integrated smart building solutions on our high-profile projects, aligning with our commitment to technical sophistication and reliable execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Technical Documentation:
• Prepare and review technical submittals, shop drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams for low current systems (e.g., CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, IPTV).
• Develop detailed designs for BMS and control systems, including system architecture, I/O lists, and control narratives.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant international and local codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, TIA, NEC).
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and material specifications.
• Project Execution & Supervision:
• Supervise the on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS, control, and low current systems.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (e.g., architectural, mechanical) to ensure seamless integration and resolve any clashes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site teams and technicians.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
• System Configuration & Commissioning:
• Configure and program BMS and control systems, including graphic user interfaces and sequences of operation.
• Perform comprehensive testing and troubleshooting to ensure systems are fully functional and reliable.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including as-built drawings and commissioning reports.
• Client & Stakeholder Management:
• Act as a key technical point of contact for clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing technical challenges and providing effective solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the design, installation, and commissioning of BMS, control, and low current systems.
• Proven experience with major BMS protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus).
• Strong knowledge of low current systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Public Address.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications in BMS or low current systems are a plus.
