Role Summary

The Electrical Engineer – Lighting Industry will be responsible for supporting the design, review, and execution of electrical systems for lighting projects in Dubai. The role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, review, and validate electrical systems and layouts for lighting projects.
• Conduct technical calculations and ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.
• Coordinate with design, project management, and installation teams to meet project requirements.
• Provide technical support during project execution, including site visits and inspections.
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and reports as required.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards throughout all project phases.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to verify technical specifications of materials and equipment.
• Monitor industry trends, innovations, and regulations related to lighting systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the lighting industry (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of electrical design, standards, and calculations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Dialux, Relux, or similar design software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
