- Monitor and track electrical construction activities across multiple ADNOC project sites.
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to collect daily progress updates, manpower deployment, and work status.
- Review electrical drawings, layouts, and technical documents to support site execution activities.
- Prepare progress reports, project status updates, and documentation for management and clients.
- Support the bidding and estimation team by reviewing technical documents, BOQs, drawings, and scope of work.
- Assist the project management team in planning, scheduling, and coordination of electrical works
- Ensure that site activities comply with project specifications, safety standards, and ADNOC requirements
- Coordinate with procurement for material requirements, delivery status, and vendor follow-ups
- Maintain proper documentation related to RFIs, material submittals, and project correspondence
- Assist in monitoring project schedules and identifying delays or technical issues affecting site progress
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Good understanding of electrical erection and installation activities in construction projects.
- Basic knowledge of Oil & Gas project requirements and industrial electrical systems
- Ability to review Electrical Drawings, BOQ's and Technical Specifications
- Strong communication and coordination skills with site teams and management
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel for reporting and documentation
- Ability to work with multiple project teams and handle coordination tasks
