Job Title: Electrical Engineer – Facility Management
Work Location: 6th of October City & East of Owinate

Role Overview:
We are looking for a qualified Electrical Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in Building Operations & Maintenance to join our team.ensuring system reliability, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
◾ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems
◾ Conduct preventive maintenance and detailed inspections
◾ Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and issues efficiently
◾ Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams for smooth operation
◾ Prepare maintenance schedules, technical reports, and documentation
◾ Ensure compliance with safety standards and coordinate with external contractors

Qualifications:
◾ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
◾ 1–3 years of relevant experience in Facility Management (preferably in residential or critical environments)
◾ Solid understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and automation
◾ Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
