Job Purpose:

As a Presales engineer, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the presales process for Light Current. This role involves designing technical solutions, preparing proposals, engaging with clients, and collaborating with sales teams to ensure successful project execution

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored light current solutions.
• Preparing and delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
• Designing and developing light current systems (e.g., ELV systems, security systems, fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, etc.).
• Conducting site surveys and preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates.
• Providing technical support during the bidding process, including RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
• Staying updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitors to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in light current systems presales or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, structured cabling, etc.).
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
