Electrical Engineer 02 / 03, Command & Control Integration Design
Electrical Engineer or Principal Electrical Engineer position in the Huntsville Hardware Engineering functional department. This position will support one or more projects performing design engineering for integration of Command and Control systems, such as radios, networks, antennas, and power equipment, in support of Department of Defense projects. The selected candidate will work in a dynamic people-focused environment where he/she will interact with production, program management, service providers, equipment suppliers, and customers.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Primary responsibilities are cable harnesses design, power analysis, and interconnect diagrams for COTS and GFE equipment. Additional tasks include research, development, design, and testing electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks.

Primary Level Salary Range: $87,600.00 - $131,400.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $108,800.00 - $163,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
