Electrical Foreman

Position Overview

The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing all electrical works related to signage, lighting, and interior fit-out projects. This role ensures that electrical installations comply with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations while delivering within time and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead electrical teams on-site for signage and interior projects.
• Review electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications to plan installation activities.
• Oversee installation, wiring, and connection of electrical components for illuminated signage, LED systems, and interior fit-outs.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, safety standards, and company quality guidelines.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and tools efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other foremen for smooth workflow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly on-site.
• Maintain records of materials used, progress reports, and workforce attendance.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to junior electricians and technicians.
• Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies on-site.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / Technical Certification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in electrical works, with at least 2–3 years as a Foreman (preferably in signage, lighting, or fit-out projects).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and control systems.
• Experience in LED lighting, illuminated signage, and power distribution.
• Familiarity with Saudi building codes and electrical regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, reporting tools).
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
