Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Foreman to supervise and coordinate all electrical works on building construction sites, including residential, commercial, and villa projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of electrical systems, UAE regulations, and on-site execution, with hands-on experience in the local construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site electrical activities, ensuring proper installation as per project drawings and specifications.
• Manage electricians, helpers, and subcontractors on site to ensure timely and quality work.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and layouts to guide installations and modifications.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with UAE regulations, authority approvals (DEWA, SEWA, ADDC), and safety standards.
• Coordinate with civil and MEP teams to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor material usage, report shortages, and ensure materials are used efficiently and without waste.
• Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems, including wiring, panels, distribution boards, and fixtures.
• Maintain safety protocols on site and report any incidents or hazards immediately.
• Provide daily work progress reports to the site engineer or project manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in electrical works on building construction projects.
• Diploma or Technical Certification in Electrical Engineering or relevant trade.
• Strong knowledge of UAE electrical codes, local authority inspection procedures, and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and MEP drawings.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites.
• Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working on high-rise buildings, villas, and commercial complexes.
• Knowledge of LV systems, containment installation, DB dressing, cabling, wiring, lighting, power distribution, etc.
• Familiarity with DEWA / SEWA / ADDC approval processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
