Electrical Foreman

• Supervision & Team Leadership: Directs crews of technicians and laborers, assigns daily tasks, monitors productivity, and provides guidance to ensure quality workmanship.
• Installation & Maintenance: Oversees mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and piping, ensuring compliance with approved drawings.
• Technical Planning: Interprets technical drawings, layouts, and specifications to plan daily operations and material requirements.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforces strict compliance with company policies, site safety procedures, and regulations.
• Coordination: Liaises with engineers, project managers, and other trade foremen to manage timelines and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Reporting: Reports daily progress, material usage, and labor hours to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
