Hiring: Electrical Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our on-site electrical team. The ideal candidate must be a hands-on supervisor with deep technical knowledge of electrical installations and the ability to manage labor effectively to meet project deadlines.

Core Responsibilities:

• Supervision: Lead and organize a team of electricians and helpers to execute site works (Containment, Wiring, DB Dressing, Lighting, etc.).
• Execution: Ensure all electrical installations are carried out according to approved Shop Drawings and project specifications.
• Material Management: Monitor daily material usage, minimize wastage, and request materials from the store in advance.
• Safety & Quality: Enforce strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and ensure high-quality workmanship for consultant inspection.
• Progress Reporting: Report daily progress to the Site Engineer and highlight any obstacles or delays immediately.
• Tool Management: Responsible for the inventory and proper maintenance of all electrical tools and equipment on-site.

Requirements:

• Education: ITI, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical certification.
• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the UAE construction sector as a lead electrician or foreman.
• Technical Skills: Expert knowledge in Reading Electrical Drawings, Cable Glanding/Termination, and DB Dressing.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with DEWA/SEWA/ADDC regulations and UAE Civil Defense requirements for Fire Alarm systems.
• Leadership: Strong ability to manage labor productivity and maintain discipline on-site.
• Language: Basic English communication skills (Ability to read drawings and write daily reports).
