electrical foreman

We seek an experienced Electrical Foreman to manage electrical work for high-end interior fit-outs and exhibition projects. This hands-on leader should have extensive technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to oversee complex installations while ensuring safety compliance and aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical installations, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
• Lead a team of electricians, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Interpret blueprints and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ensure high-quality installation of electrical systems, conducting regular inspections.
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct safety briefings.

Planning & Coordination

• Collaborate with project managers and designers to align electrical work with project goals.
• Ensure timely availability of electrical components and coordinate with other trades.
• Maintain daily reports on labor and site issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician in relevant projects.
• Valid electrical license and strong knowledge of electrical systems..
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and effective communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with exhibition stand installations and modern energy-efficient systems.
• Proficiency in project management software and problem-solving abilities.

Having experience in Qatar's interior events and exhibitions.
