Pay Range:
- Foreman III (E‑8): $38–$40/hr
- Foreman IV (E‑9): $40–$45/hr

We’re searching for experienced Electrical Foremen (III & IV) to join our growing commercial and industrial construction team.
Position Overview
As an Electrical Foreman, you will oversee crews and manage day‑to‑day field operations for medium to large electrical construction projects. This includes supervising personnel, planning work, coordinating with other trades, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the highest level of safety and workmanship.
- Foreman III (E‑8): Leads medium‑size projects with high complexity.
- Foreman IV (E‑9): Oversees all field staff on large projects and supports project estimating, staffing, and high‑level coordination.
Key Responsibilities
General Foreman Duties (III & IV)
- Lay out and schedule work; ensure tools, materials, and labor are available on time.
- Supervise field teams and maintain project progress according to schedule.
- Complete daily reports, time sheets, safety forms, and other project documentation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate work with other trades and maintain communication with the General Contractor.
- Enforce company safety policies including Haz‑Com and Lockout/Tagout.
- Attend 8 hours of approved continuing education annually.
Additional Foreman IV (E‑9) Duties
- Perform working estimates and job take‑offs with the Project Manager.
- Manage and direct lead personnel, including manpower loading and scheduling.
- Oversee all field employees assigned to large projects.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass all TES background checks.
- Fluent in English; must be 18 or older.
- Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent training.
- Minimum 6 years of commercial electrical construction experience.
- Current Texas Journeyman Electrician License.
Skills & Technical Abilities
- Ability to read and draw electrical blueprints/schematics.
- Proficient with hand and power tools: threaders, wire tuggers, hydraulic benders, knockout sets, etc.
- Operate trenchers, backhoes, lift trucks, and aerial lifts safely.
- Ability to troubleshoot and work energized circuits with management approval.
- Read and interpret manuals, maps, specifications, and written instructions.
Working Conditions
- Work outdoors and indoors in all environmental conditions.
- Safely work at heights up to 50’ using ladders, scaffolds, or lifts.
- Work in confined spaces such as tunnels, manholes, crawl spaces, and attics.
- Frequent walking, climbing, bending, lifting, and overhead work.
- Lift 50 pounds unassisted.
