Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to supervise and coordinate electrical installation works at construction sites. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, the ability to manage teams effectively, and ensure all works are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications and authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical installation activities.
• Lead electricians, helpers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved shop drawings and method statements.
• Allocate manpower and materials efficiently.
• Monitor work progress and meet project deadlines.
• Cable trays, trunking, and conduits (PVC/EMT/GI)
• Power and lighting systems
• Distribution boards (DB), SMDB, MDB panels
• Cable pulling, glanding, and termination
• Earthing and bonding systems
• Lightning protection systems
• Low current systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control – coordination)
• Enforce site safety rules and regulations.
• Conduct toolbox talks for electrical team.
• Ensure safe cable handling and proper PPE usage.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Comply with local authority requirements (e.g., DEWA, SEWA, etc., if applicable).

Required Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in electrical works.
• Minimum 5 years as Electrical Foreman.
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, hospital, or industrial projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
