Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer

Job Description:

As an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and instruments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our processes. Your expertise will be critical in troubleshooting and optimizing electrical and instrumentation systems.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control systems, and instrumentation.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Only Freelancer will be accepted
• Must be locally available in Qatar
• A holder of a valid Qatar ID
• Can join immediately

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Design and develop electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of existing systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare and review technical documentation and reports.
• Support project management teams in planning and executing project.

Other details:

• Location: Ras Laffan, EPC 4 Project
• Duration: Minimum six (6) months, extendable
• Shift: 10 hours daily with one (1) day off per week
