Electrical Lead

Responsibilities:

• Organize workflow to meet product specifications, deadlines & budgeted plans
• Supervise and evaluate performance of electrical maintenance team
• Train technical staff in PLC troubleshooting and Electrical Systems.
• Assure all electrical maintenance activities of the production line and its accessories.
• Make the necessary maintenance to the control panels.
• Reach maximum availability and reliability of electrical equipment and installations in the plant.
• Deal with PLC programs, SCADA, and Variable Frequency Drivers. And also make the necessary changes in which complies with work requirements.
• Implement GMP rules and ensure all section staff implementation.
• Follow-up electrical spare parts for machines and order the required spare parts.
• Participate in the installations whether replacement or renewal.
• Contribute to sourcing and purchasing of CAPEX
• Set up the plan of electrical measurements for machines periodically.
• Set up the Electrical maintenance plans
• Set up electrical maintenance programs for transformers, medium and low-pressure rooms, and panels in them and supervise on the implementation.
• Setting up electrical maintenance programs for machines and panels for operating the factory and supervise on the implementation

Academic and professional qualifications:

• Bachelor's in electrical engineering.

Experience:

• From 5-7 years of experience.
• Previous experience in the food industry is preferable.
• Have an FMCG background.
