Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Responsible for preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of Electrical systems, EOT Cranes, and VMC Machines, ensuring minimum downtime and smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspection, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of EOT cranes and VMC machines.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in motors, drives, panels, contactors, relays, and control systems.
• Carry out maintenance of PLC-based control systems, limit switches, sensors, and wiring.
• Monitor electrical parameters and ensure safety compliance during operations.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and downtime analysis.
• Coordinate with production and mechanical teams for effective breakdown handling.
• Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and company maintenance protocols.
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Plan and execute preventive/predictive maintenance schedules.

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Electrical Maintenance (AC/DC motors, drives, control panels).
• Hands-on experience in EOT cranes maintenance (hoist, trolley, LT/CT motors, control systems).
• Knowledge of VMC machine electrical maintenance (servo drives, spindle motors, CNC controllers, wiring).
• Familiarity with PLC, VFD, sensors, and safety devices.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and drawings.
• Problem-solving and quick troubleshooting skills.
