Job Title: Maintenance Technician – Electrical & CNC Machines

Education & Experience Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 1–2 years of experience
• ITI in Electrical/Electronics with 1–4 years of experience

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of electrical components: contactors, relays, panels, and electrical drawings
• Hands-on experience with Laser Welding and Laser Cutting Machine Maintenance
• Familiarity with Sheet Metal Fabrication Shop is a plus
• Proficient in handling various welding processes
• Knowledge and implementation of 5S practices on the shop floor
• Preferred background in CNC Laser Welding and Cutting Machine Maintenance

Functional Responsibilities

• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
• Plan and execute maintenance for CNC Laser Welding/Cutting machines, CNC Press Brake, Shearing Machines, Portable Welding Machines, and Utility Equipment (Compressor, EOT Crane, UPS, DG Set, 11KV Substation)
• Electrical Breakdown Management
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues across CNC machines and utility systems
• Monitoring & Record Keeping
• Daily tracking of gas levels and utility equipment readings
• Maintain logs and reports for audits and operational efficiency
• Inventory Management
• Track and manage consumable and critical spare parts inventory
• Technical & Creative Problem Solving
• Apply innovative solutions to recurring maintenance challenges
• 5S Implementation
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety within the Maintenance Department

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
