Electrical Maintenance Head
Key Accountabilities:

Perform daily inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, power distribution networks, motors, drives, and control systems.

Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks according to established schedules and standards.

Support the testing, calibration, and commissioning of electrical systems and new installations.
-
Collaborate with Senior Engineers and Section Heads to address complex technical issues and implement solutions.
-
Ensure accurate execution of work orders and adherence to safety and maintenance protocols.
-
Conduct failure investigations to determine root causes and assist in developing corrective actions.
-
Identify opportunities for energy savings, process improvements, and system reliability enhancements.
-
Support modifications and upgrades of electrical equipment based on operational needs.

Maintain technical documentation such as wiring diagrams, single-line diagrams, and equipment manuals.

Record all maintenance activities in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to maintain accurate asset history.

Provide feedback to planning teams to refine maintenance schedules and spare part requirements.

Prepare reports on breakdown trends, maintenance KPIs, and corrective action effectiveness.

Strictly follow electrical safety standards, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and permit-to-work procedures.

Report and mitigate unsafe conditions or hazards in coordination with HSE teams.

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with mechanical, instrumentation, and production teams to address cross-disciplinary issues.

Identify required spare parts for equipment repairs and raise requests through the proper channels.
-
Support evaluation of suppliers and maintenance service providers for quality and reliability.
Qualifications & Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

2–5 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
